活动时间：4月20日周日9:00-11:30
集合地点： 苏州河梦清园环保主题公园（宜昌路与江宁路交叉路口）
活动费用：38元
活动日程：
9:00-9:30 开幕式&脑运动热身
9:30-10:30 4.22公里跑步/步行
10:30-11:00 自然中颂钵音疗身心放松
11:00-11:30 颁奖&集体照片
（梦清园依偎着苏州河，位于昌化路桥和江宁路桥之间，本次活动的集合地为江宁路桥下，宜昌路与江宁路交叉路口。）
4.22公里地球公民全球跑（在线打卡）
活动时间：2025.4.20-5.11
活动地点：地球上任何地方你可以跑或者走4.22公里的地方
活动费用：无 (向每个国家的地球公民组织捐赠)
打卡方法：在社交网络平台上，譬如微信朋友圈，发布完成照片，分享时需要

注意事项
1. 必须提前微信确认报名，拒绝空降。报名微信：powerbrain
2. 准备宽松，适合运动的衣服。自行准备坐垫，饮用水等。
3. 提前十分钟到达活动现场签到，迟到者请勿参加。
4. 本次活动是环保活动，活动中使用自己的水杯，不要使用一次性塑料水杯，也不要产生其他垃圾。
