悠悠运河，千年流淌，它不仅是物资的通道，更是文明的摇篮。让我们跟随参与北京大运河博物馆社教课程研发及授课的疏畅老师，搭乘“运河时光机”，云游三座因水而兴的传奇城镇——东都洛阳，驼铃与瓷器在此交响，丝路与大运河在此相遇；临清，一座因漕运崛起的商贸之城，它的砖石筑就了紫禁城的辉煌；宁波，运河与海洋在此拥抱，世界从这里走进中国，中国从这里走向世界。
大运河为物资流通提供了便利条件。各地商人依托大运河贩货易资，不仅保障和促进了沿岸城市的发展，而且孕育和繁荣了一大批新的城镇。它们的故事，藏着商贸的智慧、文化的交融，也映照着古代中国的勃勃生机。
来美后肆时，听疏畅老师讲大运河如何滋养这些“水岸明星”，让历史的波光，照亮我们的好奇与想象。
